Can you customize a session for my organization’s needs?

Absolutely! Every workshop or session that we deliver, while centered on a specific topic, is fully customized for the audience and context, and always incorporates the latest available information. Our sessions are also customized for each organization or group so that you get the most value from working with us. Each booking starts with a discovery call to discuss your unique needs and goals, which we incorporate into our presentation, activities, and resources. Will you represent me in a due process hearing or accompany me to my IEP meeting?

No, Lipson Advocacy does not have a private special education practice. However our goal is to empower and help you prepare for your situation as much as possible. You may book Leslie for a one hour consulting call or visit our Resources page for recommendations on lawyers serving Georgia families.

Due to the high volume of requests that we receive for advocacy support, we have shared our most frequently recommended links on the Resource page and often post helpful information on timely topics on the Lipson Advocacy Facebook page and in our Advocacy Resource Library (a free page for our newsletter subscribers). Leslie also offers 30 minute and 60 minute one-to-one consulting sessions that you (or a small group) can schedule here to address your specific situation and needs.

I want to be an advocate, how can I get started?

There is always strength in numbers, and we recommend working together with a group of people supporting the same issue whenever possible. Lipson Advocacy offers many free resources on this web site and our Facebook page, and we can be hired to create a custom plan or program for individuals or small groups. Leslie also offers 30 minute and 60 minute one-to-one consulting sessions where you (or a small group) can work with her to come up with a game plan and specific recommendations.
